Technical Support

This was just to familiarise ourselves with how to raise a ticket for technical support in Discord. I was hesitant at first to join the Discord server but I cannot deny the conversations there were quite amusing.

Thankfully a ticket need not be raised, just visiting the channel will show an introductory preamble from the ticket bot with the flag.
